Habitus climber. Stem cylindrical, glabrous, woody, without sap; interpetiolar ridge insconspicuous, without hairs. Leaf simple, opposite, without stipule; petioles cylindrical, glabrous; blades lanceolate; apex acuminate; base cordate; three nerved; margin entire; upper surface glabrous, dark green; lower surface glabrous, light green. Diplectria sp located in Mount Kinabalu.

Habitus tree. Stem cylindrical, glabrous, woody, without sap; interpetiolar ridge insconspicuous, glabrous. Leaf simple, opposite, without stipule; petioles cylindrical, glabrous; blades elliptical-lanceolate, rounded; apex acuminate; base acute; margin entire; upper surface glabrous, dark green; lower surface glabrous, light green; 9,8-12 cm by 20 cm. Distributed in Gaya Island, Deramakot, Sepilok.
