  I have experiences in programming using R, C/C++ and Python. I prefer R, an open source environment for statistical computing. I am maintaining four R packages: phylotools and spaa are available on CRAN. Packages I contributed include: 

• spaa: Species Association Analysis 

• phylotools: Phylogenetic tools for ecologists

• plantlist: search APGIII families and preparing checklists of plants
• skycalc: Calculating sky events based on AAplus library (Jan Meeus's Astronomical Algorithms) 
• seqRFLP: Predicting RFLP (restriction enzyme cutting pattern)  from DNA sequences

• dcv: Conventional Cross-validation for climate-growth model

• moonsun: Basic astronomical calculations with R, I contributed the function track()
